This is one of the most-searched questions about the project, and it deserves an honest answer rather than a single confident-sounding date.
Third-party listing sites currently show a wide spread — estimates range from 2027 to as late as March 2029, depending on the source. None of these are the project’s own official statement, and several contradict each other. Our own payment plan structure offers a useful anchor: under the 50:50 plan, the Occupancy Certificate (OC) is expected approximately four years from booking, which — counting from the July 2024 launch — points to roughly 2028. That lines up with the middle of the range third-party sites report, but it’s still an estimate, not a RERA-declared guarantee.
The only number that actually matters legally is the completion date registered with Delhi RERA against DLRERA2024P0003. That’s the builder’s binding commitment under the RERA Act, and it can be checked directly, free, on the Delhi RERA portal by searching the registration number. Don’t rely on a third-party aggregator’s guess, including the range quoted above — verify the registered date yourself before making any decision based on timeline.
Where Things Stand on Pricing
With construction now active, investor interest in the project continues, and pricing has moved accordingly since launch. Omaxe Group offers a return of up to 12% per annum until possession, and a lease rental arrangement of up to 7% for three years post-possession, both as per the terms of the agreement. These figures are contractual, not guaranteed market returns — read the exact terms in the builder-buyer agreement before booking.
