The food court is located on the 1st floor. The price is 130,000 per sq. ft. After the inaugural discount, the price is 123,000 per sq. ft.

Food Court Sizes:

  • 300-400 sq. ft.: 9 shops
  • 400-500 sq. ft.: 14 shops
  • 500-600 sq. ft.: 25 shops
  • 600-700 sq. ft.: 3 shops
  • 700-800 sq. ft.: 3 shops
  • 900-1500 sq. ft.: 4 shops available

We have a single payment plan that is 50-50. The client is supposed to pay 10% at the time of launch when the company proposes inventory, and then the remaining 40% will be demanded within two months. After paying the initial 50%, you will receive an assured return of 12% over approximately 4-5 years until delivery. The remaining 50% will be taken at delivery; at this point, the company will start your lease guarantee of a minimum 7%.
