The commercial project, Omaxe State Dwarka, is located in Sector 19B. It offers three different types of floor plans: ground level, first floor, and second floor. The Omaxe State project is the first commercial venture to include a sports stadium, brought to you by the renowned real estate developer, Omaxe Group. The project has received RERA approval and is named “The Omaxe State.” 

The Omaxe Estate Commercial Project offers first-floor retail spaces, anchor stores, and a food court.

  • Size: Spacious, designed to accommodate a variety of dining options and ample seating arrangements.

Anchor Store Retail Spaces

  • Size: Varies from 1,000 sq. ft. to 5,000 sq. ft., offering flexibility for large retail tenants.
